Pre-order Help Needed

Plan on pre-ordering on the 15th, but I have a dilemma.

I'll be in Florida with no Apple Store close on vacation on the 24th. Can I pre-order to pick-up at the AT&T store of my choosing? Not sure how the whole pre-order thing worked for the 3GS as I skipped that generation.

They don't ship to store for you to pick up. You can wait in line to pick one up like everyone else, or provide an address for the pre-order to ship the phone to.

Thanks for the help. I guess I'll be getting it after I get back... or maybe I'll have it shipped to the hotel I'm staying at... that sounds pretty crazy though...

If you're on vacation, you shouldn't need a phone anyway.
