Hey I was wondering if I am able to go into my local BestBuy and return my the crappy Surface Book and exchange it out for a MBP 13 TB pre-order I was hoping to see if this might be possible?

you mean the 13" touch bar one? or without touch bar?
Many Apple stores have 13" available now but not touch bar. Not sure if Bestbuy would carry 15" only. You'd better call and check. I think you can always return products back to BestBuy within 30 days.

I think it's anywhere between 2 weeks to 45 days depending on your reward zone status.
What's wrong with the surface book though?
Why are you asking here if you can return something to Best Buy? Why not look on your receipt? As other has pointed out, it varies on if you are a reward zone member or not and also what level?
