All iPads Pre order iPad mini 2 from ABROAD?

Greetings!!!

I was wondering if it were possible to place my iPad mini pre order from abroad right when pre ordering becomes available. I would be paying with an American debit card and it would be shipped to an American address. Only thing is I'm in the Philippines.

Also this is my first post ever on any forum so b gentle lol.

Yes, that should work but if it's not your billing address call your CC company today & tell them you are ordering something from Apple tomorrow to be shipped to a non-billing address. That will ensure the charge isn't declined.
