Pre-order iPhone 5 Questions

Hi macrumors. So, I am going to be getting the new iPhone 5 for an upgrade to my iPhone 4. I do have a few questions about pre-orders, though. I read on another thread that your AT&T billing address has to be the same address as to where you want the phone to be shipped (apple/ATT won't let you ship to any address other than your billing address), is this true? I am currently at college and I want to get the iPhone shipped to my current college address and not my house address where it will take even longer for me to get my hands on the iPhone. Will ATT allow me to log into my wireless account and change the billing address for when I preorder the phone and then switch it right back after I order it? Finally, is there any important information I need to have on hand when pre-ordering the phone (social security number for account or, anything?). I am on a family plan with my other family members and my mother is the account holder. Do I need any information about the account holder to place my pre-order? I don't want to get started with the pre-order info for the iPhone only to find out there was something I needed to do/needed to have on hand while placing the order. Thanks for your help!!!!!
