Pre-order not yet available in countries shipping on 9/28

I live in Switzerland, where the iPhone 5 will be shipped (or hopefully delivered) on September 28th.

Today the Swiss store (http://store.apple.com/ch-de/browse/home/shop_iphone/family/iphone) still says that the iPhone 5 will be available "soon".

Did I miss something? Apple didn't say pre-orders would launch later in countries where it's shipping a week later. Or did they?

My question: did anyone see an announcement somewhere where they say on what date pre-orders will be available in those countries? I don't want to hit Refresh all day long for the next 7 days

Pre orders also not available in the Hong Kong store despite it being one of the countries to launch first!

There are reports by reputable news sites here saying pre order starts September 21
