Pre-order time?

They said that the ipad mini will go on sale on teh 26th but does anyone know what time the pre-sale will begin? aalso, is there a limit to how many you can order per person on pre-sale.

Trying to buy afew for the family members, but don't know if I should buy the ipad 2 or the mini (same as ipad 2) for a little more $.

I have a feeling with Apple's past pre-order it would be 12:01 am PST on Friday. which would be 3:01 EST.

But I am not sure if the pad 4 is also pre-order on the same date and time.
