I started my pre-order process over because when I got to the verify information page, it was saying the voice & data plans were "unknown". If you get this, it means that either AT&T couldn't find your phone number or the connection timed out. I went back to re-enter everything, but this time I found that when entering the phone number, enter ONLY numbers. I was entering (abc) def-ghij; but this time I entered abcdefghij and it could find my information correctly.
