Pre Order with Store Pickup

I see they are doing Pre orders with Store pickup on the 16th:

Guessing this will help the lines.

Does anyone know.....during the checkout process....do you choose the store you are picking it up in?

It looks as if you look up the store on the website then order it.. Sorry I don't know for sure. But this looks awesome as I will be at an applestore the day after it is released.
