so i preorderd a 16gb but now i thought about it and want a 32gb. ATT says i can't modify order. They would have to cancel original order and place a new order for the 32gb and prob wont get it not until July . My question is if i use the 16gb can i just goto an ATT store and exchange my 16gb for a 32gb and pay the difference within the 30 day buyer remorse policy? Opinions and suggestion are welcomed!!

No. When AT&T gives you the iPhone, they open it to activate your account. You will have to pay a 10% restocking fee ($20 for thra $200 iPhone). Remember there is a 30 day limit for returns.

oh ok, im having them ship it for me. i was under the impression i activate it myself thru Itunes.

I would cancel your first order and try to either reserve somewhere (good luck) or pre-order with the later date

Though it will suck at first, it will be better in the long-run getting what you want
