iPod Pre-Ordered RW Intensive Care

Hi,
Ive pre-ordered Robbie Williams Latest album intensive care, now today, I had my email saying it was available for download. Which i have done. It came with a digital booklet, and 2 videos. The songs work, the booklets ok, but the videos wont play. They are on my harddrive, Get info states that they are 18mb and 21mb but in itunes it doesnt show how long they play for, and they both wont play, tried in Quicktime by it self ,and that doesnt work either.
Even the protected video content like the short films from Pixar plays in Quicktime. But these dont.

They are in mp4 format. Any suggestions. Quicktime comes up with this error (see attachment)

Any suggestions?

EDIT:-I have the latest Quicktime 7.0.3

Its a good album, ive had it on all day, well since i got it. Just a shame bout the vids.

Right been doing some digging, Ive emailed apple, no response as yet, but Ive just downloaded VLC, and guess what, it plays the two vids from iTunes that dont play.

weird?

Can anyone help? whats gone wrong with iTunes, and Quicktime?
