Sorry for my naivety, but I've never pre-ordered online for an iPhone before. Just looking for some advice. When I pre-order tonight, is the Apple Store app the best place to go? If not, where? Upon ordering online, will I have the option for different payment plans (in full, Apple Upgrade, ATT Next, etc.)? Speaking of payment plans, which would be the best deal without changing my current ATT plan?

Any help would be great as I've never done this before: my current iPhone 5 is from 2012 and I walked into the store and bought it.

Yes if you have a TouchID device enabled device the Apple Store app is the way to gob you. Make sure you have the remember me option turned on so you don't have to enter any carrier information and also make sure you go in now and favorite the iPhone you want so it will be quick once the app goes live.
