I am in Israel, will I be able to pre order the iphone from the computers here?
Second question, if I buy unlocked, will that work on all GSM networks? Or only T-Mobile because the iPhone 5c has Sim Free as opposed to iPhone 5s page which just says T-Mobile unlocked.
