pre-ordering with credit or debit

ive never pre-ordered the iphone before. i purchased my 3g in the store when it came out 2 years ago.. i want to pre-order the iphone 4 because of high demand this year. now, do i have to pay with credit or debit.or it doesnt matter. and will it ship to the address where my credit/debit card is or the att contract address..

I know that you are new, but this has been discussed widely on the forums, as well as being on AT&T's website.
