Someone explain to me why AT&T stopped Pre Orders but they have not disabled the Pre-Order button on their website.

They are like a car dealer special deal on a car for $199.99 per month for a loaded "whatever" then you get there and they dont have that car.

I am sure this whole thing put a strain on the Apple and AT&T relationship, and in fact AT&T might not survive if Apple releases it somewhere else and AT&T loses customers.

Talk about putting your eggs in one basket? Whew

Because it's easier to change an item to out of stock vs redesigning your webpages as if the iPhone never existed! :)
