Pre-sign Button Greyed Out

On the tracking info there is a place to click for Pre-sign but it is greyed out. The new computer is to be delivered Thursday. How do I get the page to be be active so I can print it?

It could be greyed out due to Apple wanting someone to sign no matter what.

It may go "blue" once the package is in the states. Typically it turns "blue" when it ships, but since it is overseas it could be different.

is it fedex or ups? You can create a free account with both companies and pre-sign through their website.

FedEx. Created an account but the option is not there. I am just going to have it held at a FedEx location. That option is there and it is the safest.

Pre signing seems scary. I wouldn't do it.

On the tracking data from FedEx, under Signature Services, it says, Indirect Signature. Just print that tracking data, which has the order number on it and sign it with an OK to leave at your address. FedEx will leave it.
