Pre-signing for delivery without an Apple ID

Can it be done? I received my shipping confirmation from Apple, but whenever I try to pre-sign for delivery, I am directed to the login page. I have an Apple ID, but I did a guest checkout when I pre-ordered my iPhone 4S, so it's not tied to my account. I'll probably be home when it's delivered, but I'd rather be safe. Anyone?

You can leave a SIGNED note on your door for the delivery driver.
