Pre-Unibody OptiBay ATA max speed

Does anyone know if the OptiBay in a pre-unibody MBP is ata100 or 133?

Reason I'm asking is I'm looking at a second SSD, but if it is ata100 I may as well just put in my spare 7200rpm hdd.

Any quickbench benchmarks would be nice.
