Precision finding not working

On my wife’s iPhone 11 the precision finding feature is not visible with Airtags in the Find My app.

Does anyone know why this might be?

It works fine on my iPhone 11 Pro.

Wondering if the Airtag she has paired for her keys has an issue.
 
Turn on the precision finding feature. Its probably toggles off.. Its in the Privacy section from memory..
