Predictive keyboard in different language not working

Hi. Not sure if anyone else notice or has this issue but I’m using two languages (Hebrew and English). When in English I get the predictive suggested words but when in Hebrew I don’t. What’s weird is that when in a iMessage conversation in Hebrew and I switch the language to English, I do get the predictive words in Hebrew, but that doesn’t help cause I had to switch the language. Anyone aware of a fix?

Same issues with french and english. My keyboard is set to french i know because “space” becomes “espace” but the predictions are still in English. But that bug is there since ios 10
