Predictive text

Is there any way to totally turn off predictive text, not just hide it by swiping down? Currently, when I go into Tweetbot, and try to tweet, it moves the text down a line. Is this a tweetbot problem, or a beta problem?

hold onto the smiley to change your keyboard and there is an option to disable it.

Before you go turning it off, has anyone tried sending someone a messaging by ONLY using then suggested words? It makes for some pretty humorous conversations.
