My predictive text stopped predicting words.
I have the 3 gray boxes and while typing it just follows along, no predicting words??

Press and hold the emoji button

, in the messages app, and turn predictive off, then turn it back on and see if that resolves the issue.

Negative.. Auto correct works.. Weird..
Thanks though, was worth a shot.

Yes.
tried reset dictionary.
Turned off all settings and restarted, the wordS follow it just wont predict anything.
It was useful for faster typing long words but now...

You probably already did this, but I'll toss it out anyway as it is what I would try next. Turn the predictive text off, then turn the device off. Then turn the device back on and re-enable predictive text. Short of that working, I'm all out of ideas.

You could try resetting all settings prior to doing that to see if that would do anything.

Tried this this morning..
No luck??
Didn't realize how many settings are tweaked until "Reset All" is applied.. LOL..

Hi, I had the same issue, had a play about and found this to work!

Hold the emoji button and if you select the prediction text it will turn on however if you do it again you can see it's off again! This time just select English (U.K.) and it worked! Hope this helps!
