Premier Account Names

Whats the account username for premier accounts? Is it just the #? I forgot my username/login and I don't remember if it could be companyname_inc or cell# or my email or my name or what.

So if you know what yours is, please do tell

Also, what customer service # can I call today? I know there are some avail on sat and some aren't, but what is the best to call?

Most IRU accounts don't have direct access to the Premier Store. You should be able to access the Premier store directly from within OLAM once you login to your account. So in your case, just enter your phone number and regular password to access OLAM and then you can select the "Check Upgrade Option" link and follow that to your Premier Store.

You can also use this link of you have an email address from your business, complete the required fields and you will get an email with a direct link to your companies Premier Store (again, no userid / password provided).
