Premier orders to resume?

I've had two different AT&T store managers tell me Premier website orders were to resume today (6/23) for mid-July delivery but nothing showing on mine yet. Anyone?

Yeah, I'd seen that before and took it to mean no chance of online orders again until 6/29 but then these two different store managers seemed so certain in their information about a 6/23 restart that I allowed myself to dream.
