Premiere CS4 Effects

Hi,

I have Adobe Premiere CS4 Installed on my MBP and I noticed that it has way less Effects then other Premiere on a PC. For Example on Video Transitions I don't have lots of the folders, for example Zoom and other that I can recall.

Is there any reason to this, and if so, is there a way to add this missing effects?
