Does any one have it or know how it holds up?

Interested to see if the magnets turn off the ipad if you turn the cover all the way around to the back. Also would love to know the quality of it...

That looks like a very good combination of thinness and full coverage. Notice, though, she hardly took her hand off the iPad when it was in the vertical stand poistion. I'll bet it won't stand vertical at all.

Those "smart covers" have the weakest stand design anyway...
