When buying the Tmobile iPhone 6 Plus tonight, does the checkout process force you to choose a plan? Is there any credit check or other steps? I'm wondering how fast the checkout process will be compared to other carriers which will include these steps.

It will ask you to choose a plan if you don't have one already, but you can always change it before you activate it. As far as credit check goes, I believe you should only need a credit card. If you are a new customer, it might also ask you things like social security #.
