I preordered the Cellular version through BH Photo at the first possible time (3am EST expecting to get my watch on or about September 22. Much to my disappointment I am told I won't get it until November 3 or thereabouts. How is that possible since I preordered it? Sounds fishy to me. Thinking of cancelling order and going through Apple. They say on Apple website 3-4 weeks.

B&H Photo is usually very good with their shipping dates and service. I would contact their customer service department and try To get more of a clear answer. Otherwise, Apple might even ship the Watch ahead of time, as they tend to underpromise and over deliver.
I would always pick Apple first. B&H is an excellent company but my AW3 arrived opening day, red dot and all.
Have you check to see if you can get it through Apple quicker, maybe even at a store.

I love the red dot. It totally completes the LTE experience.
