Preordering at Radio Shack or another retailer

Since everything online is way backordered is anyone going to try to go into a retailer this morning and preorder?

I was going to try radioshack down the street but feel unsure if they will actually be able to get the 6+ in by the 19th.

I see bestbuy is doing the 6 but doesnt look like the 6+ just yet.

Last year I pre-ordered thru apple and had to wait a month.
On launch day, driving to the golf course I passed 3 different att stores, no line and no mayhem at any of them.
You could walk into a radio shack or a target on launch day or any day after and come out with a phone no problem at all.
Week after the launch apple starts letting people order online, and pick up in store same day from their daily batches.
So people who weren't even trying had they phones a month before I did.
No more pre-order hoopla for me, it's faster and easier to just wait till launch day and find a retailer that has one .

I am gonna preorder at radio shack just because the one in my area is pretty low key and I'm sure they will get some guaranteed shipment of phones.
