I, myself, don't really see a need for one unless I have to the moon. I have been really impressed with the battery life of my 6+ :)

I am trying to decide whether to get one. I am kind of bummed the case only has a 60% charge. I use my iPhone 6 plus a lot so I can't make it through the day without charging.

If I had a 6 I could see a case to pick one of these up. But the battery on the 6 Plus is too good for me to see the need for one.

I'd rather use my Mophie portable battery charger on a 6 plus, rather than be handling a larger and fatter phone in the battery case.

Question for previous Mophie owners: are the two grills on the front built-in speakers? Or can we assume the sound will still come out of the bottom speakers of the phone itself? Didn't see this addressed on the website.

I had a mophie case for my iPhone 5 and I am pretty sure the sound came out of those two grills. I don't see anywhere for the sound on the bottom of the case.

The case redirects the sounds from the phone through the front grills

Mophie pre order

I have to say I had two Mophie juice packs for my old I-phone 4 they where great one in protection, not to bulky for what it added and bonus when friends power on iPhone is out they can slip on your case for power back up

As to never needed I do understand I was of the same mind till I had one so easy to charge both at same time and forget about it, we can plan all we want but as the sun rises in the morning one day empty power and no charger < LOL

Question to previous Mophie users. With a longer and thicker iPhone with a Mophie case on it, do you think the 6+ will be too cumbersome for most users.

I can see if you use it for business and can't recharge during day, it may be essential.

I had one for my iPhone 5 I bought mainly for a vacation. Seemed to work well but the materials were CHEAP. IMO you have to think of this as a battery and NOT a case. No doubt in my mind if I had dropped my phone that "case" would have been toast.
