Prepaid 3G in the U.S.

Hi,

I´ll be staying in Los Angeles in January, does anyone know of any prepaid 3G data sim-cards for the iPhone 4 in the U.S.?

If I use the 3G on my Icelandic sim-card while there it will run me $$$$$$, so I guess this is a better idea, if possible...

Not sure about the sim cards, but you can find a prepaid cellular anywhere from a gas station to a grocery store that will run you all of 20 bucks with some minutes and the phone.

Maybe talk to those that you want to talk to and tell them to download skype or something like that? It'd be free for you to walk into a McDonalds, Starbucks, etc. and hop online and chat with them for awhile.
