Prepaid Item App

I help run a small business and frequently have customers that buy a bulk package of 3 or 6 service sessions at a discount. I'm trying to find an app that will help me track when they have used one of their prepaid services so that I can count how many they have left and perhaps remind them to buy another bulk package. Is there an app available that will allow me to tick off one item each time they use it and could I track them by name?

Any help would be appreciated.
