This is going to end well.

It is unfortunate that vast numbers of consumers get sucked in by the $800 dollar device for $200/$500 worth of calls for $50 @ $1 minute/ 2 year contract marketing con by the telcos, because we all end up paying for it.

The irresistible and jewel like iPhone was the best thing ever to happen for the telecommunication companies.

prepaid usually have decent coverage when you are in major population centers like towns/cities.

In the countryside, coverage for prepaid is very poor.

But prepaid usually bring huge $$$ saving over 2 years.

Not sure what you are talking about here. Pre-paid and postpaid use the same network (for the majority of carriers). Unless your carrier blocks 3G network access or puts you on a deteriorated network, all users of pre-paid and postpaid use the same cellular network.
