Prepaid tzones working fully

HAs anyone else that uses tmobile prepaid noticed there internet is working fully.

Or is it just mine?

I turned my wifi off and i am watching youtube videos on the edge network.

I have been looking into getting a Prepaid T Mobile SIM from eBay in order to test this. Does it make a difference if you use Pay as You Go, or Pre Pay?

Is the iPhone just jailbroken or does the baseband need to be unlocked as well?

I had read info that said it was no longer working for pre-paid, yet apparently it still may work.
