Noticed last night that my iPhone 4s says preparing for shipment now. How long does it usually take till its shipped?

Mine took maybe a few hours. Still says shipped and should arrive tomorrow

My 4S 64GB has been in "Preparing for Shipping" status for 5 days now....I'm starting to wonder if something is wrong.
