I'm selling a Macbook Air and I need some tips on clearing everything off for selling.

I don't want to do a reinstall because I already have quite a bit of installed software that's part of the deal.

One question I have is it okay to delete all the folders in [username]/Library/Application Support/ ? When the buyer fires up a given app will it just make a new folder for it?

What else should I clear?

Make them a nice, new user account, delete your old one, and use disk utility to zero out free space so your personal files can't be recovered.

Application Support isn't the only folder with preferences and temporary files and such. There are also invisible files scattered around your account.

Ah. What are some particularly sensitive ones that would be good to delete?
