Preparing to ship - Shipped ?time frames?

Hello I was wondering what time frames people got from preparing to ship to shipped?

I ordered 38 stainless steel with white sport band at 12:02 - email confirmation at 12:04. It said processing for a little over a week. I got the preparing to ship change on the Monday before the 24th. It didn't say shipped until Thursday afternoon. I was wearing the watch by noon on the 24th!

I got "Preparing to Ship" on Sunday around 11:30 AM. It changed to "Shipped" at around 4 PM on Sunday, and UPS started showing something around 8-9 PM still on Sunday.

UPS hasn't actually picked up the package, or if they have, their system doesn't indicate that yet.
