Prepping up an Iphone 3gs

Heya!

I would like to sell an Iphone 3GS on craig's list. I would also like to sell it jailbroken & unlocked, but how do I do that so that when I give it to the buyer, all he/she has to do is plug it in and enter their info?

FYI, its a Iphone 3gs, bought early July.

Just resync the phone with contacts, etc. that have no data or delete it manually on the phone. Someone "could" still get the data, but it would be extremely hard to retrieve it and most wouldn't bother.
