Is there an iPad app where it would link 6 iPads to a master iPad that would control the slides in a KeyNote presentation.

So say you have a giant conf room, you would distribute 5 iPads throughout the table, and when the presenter would change a slide, the other 5 iPads would follow suit? Bonus if it's possible to lock the other 5 iPads so that hitting the home button wouldn't disrupt the presentation.

I hope this question makes sense,

Home button locking is impossible. And there isn't going to be an app that gives keynote this ability. It would have to be a presentation app with this specific feature added in. Likely does not exist. You probably just want to duplicate the video signal going into one projector to feed the other projectors.
