I know that Keynote for iPad has a presenter mode now, but I'm wondering if you need to turn off notifications/put the iPad in airplane mode if you're planning on giving a presentation. Especially with the new banner notifications in iOS 5 - I can see them flipping down from the top even if you're connected to a projector and giving a presentation. Does anyone else have experience with this and can speak to how it goes?

Thanks!

i never thought about it. presumably, in presentation mode you only see the slide, so the audience won't see it. Try it out with your tv to see. i just gave a presentation last weekend. no notifications popped up.
