Preserve 5.14.04 for 4.3.3? ultrasn0w after JB

I have an iPhone 3GS with baseband 5.14.04 on firmware 4.2.1 jailbroken already, sold to me but I want to reformat it and keep it unlocked. I have 4.2.1 SHSH blobs saved but I want to go to 4.3.3 and get untethered jailbreak.

to preserve my 5.14.04 baseband and clean restore my iPhone 3GS to 4.3.3?

you had better talk to your seller 5.14.04 isn't unlockable with out the ipad baseband and loosing gps etc etc etc.. I don't get why people don't ask here before they buy instead of after or check 1st.

you can check here yourself at this link http://www.iclarified.com/unlock/iphone3gs/baseband.php it says there isn't one but you can always do the ipad 6.15 ipad unlock you also need shsh blobs saved for 4.3.3 since apple stopped signing it a while ago.
