I've got a couple of concert DVDs over two discs. I've ripped them individually using Handbrake and then imported fine into iTunes.
However, when I go into QT to combine them, the chapter markings are lost, making it one massive 3.5 hour film with no chapters. Is there anyway I can have, for instance, chapters 1 - 12 on part 1, add part 2 and have 13-25?
I suspect this is something to do with the way I'm saving them, but unfortunately the pass-through options are greyed-out, and I don't fancy re-compressing them due to degradation.
