My friend suggested I use one of those pressurized air electronic dusters to clean up up my mac and I followed the advice on my Macbook, spraying it all over including the vents in the back. Then I booted it up and it would keep randomly shutting down. So I ran a bunch if maintenance tools, reseted my power settings, and checked my battery. All of them were fine. It was then I noticed my fans weren't running. So I did some CPU intensive activities. The fans didn't start. I'm covered under AppleCare so should I call up Apple or is it some other problem?
EDIT: Apparently it was a software issue with SMC which was resolved by screwing with the EFI shell for a few minutes.
