Prevent Automatic Sleeping Setting is Stuck?

Folks,

See screen shot. MBP14 running latest Ventura. Prevent automatic sleeping on power adapter is stuck in the "on" position. Won't let me turn it off. Machine is not attached to a monitor. I use Al Dente but this setting is stuck regardless of whether Al Dente is running or not.

Questions:
Any idea why it is stuck in the on position?
Do I care? (Can I just ignore it?)

Ignore: It fixed itself. I have no idea why.
