Prevent iPhone calls from ringing on MacOS

I recently replaced my Mac, and on old Mac I had notifications disabled so phone calls on my iPhone won't ring my MacOS.

I'm scratching my head because I disabled "Phone" notifications in settings but it's still ringing. I must be missing another setting I can't find.

Here is setting I have:

Do it on the phone side.
Go to "Settings", search for "Phone", scroll down to "Calls on other devices" and turn it off for your Mac.
