I'm not sure if this belongs here or in iPod Touch, but I have an iPhone so here goes...

Is there any way to prevent iTunes from downsizing your photos when you sync? I realize it's doing that to save space since it doesn't need as high a resolution, and usually I'm thankful for it. However, it might be convenient to have much-higher resolution photos (such as subway maps, "Where's Waldo" scans for the kids, detailed schematics of the ductwork in a Tiffany store, etc.). ;)

Is there a way to avoid the resizing?

I won't know until next friday :D but...

is there an option like you have when syncing photos with iPods to include full resolution images?

Just read the statement after the option, and I think I have answered my own question, as you can't use the iPhone in 'disk mode'! Doh! My bad, sorry.
