Prevent MacBook Pro from sleep when lid closed?

Hi there

Until recently on my late 2016 MBP I used this "NoSleep" app to prevent my MBP to sleep when the lid is closed: https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/37991/nosleep

However it seems the latest MBP 2018 broke the app. It no longer works on very latest MBP's. The app says "NoSleep Kernel Extension Is Not Loaded" whenever I try to start it.

Alas it seems the app is no longer in development.

Does anyone know a similar menubar app that does the same?
