Prevent Multiple Contact Folders from sync to Exchange

I've been looking for a way to prevent my iPhone from syncing all my contact folders from Exchange. I have one Contacts folder called "Non-Active Contacts" that has people I rarely am in touch with and I don't want them showing up on my phone, often for very good reason.

I can't see a way to prevent my iPhone from syncing all my Exchange contact folders - any thoughts?

Bump - my iphone is jailbroken, if that makes any difference.
