preview alias drag and drop doesn't work

I have created and Preview alias on my desktop to speed up printing but I can't grab and drop files there.

It doesn't work either with drag and drop on the original app folder.

Only way is to open Preview first and drag and drop in the dock or to select the file and choose open with Preview.

Before the update to El Capitan it was working.

Any ideas?
