Resolved Preview.app does not shut down if closed (fixed since DB 2)

I can't empty the recycle bin if I opened an image with the preview app before. I always have to shut down the process in the activity monitor, because it appears not in the dock.

That ist the problem. It stays neither in the Dock nor appears it in the Task Manager.

I have to kill it with the Activity Monitor or restart my Mac.
