Preview is annoying

I use Preview, a lot and now it's bugging me.
I scroll and it has this scroll animation which is messing with me and it does not respond as well as I want it too! It's kind of stuck but it's not.
It's very annoying. Though when I use the arrows it works just fine but the thing is I prefer to use the trackpad.
How can I "bring back" the old Preview?
